1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak promotional periods, processing may extend to 3 to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Orders above S$50 qualify for complimentary shipping; for orders below S$50, a flat shipping rate of S$2.90 will apply. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days
4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently provide shipping solely within Singapore.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided.
6. Damaged or Lost Items:
We take great care in packing your order securely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at babywellness.sg@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund. To help us process your claim, please retain all packaging and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
